Description

Expand documentation for the “filebucket” executable (it’s at @source/projects/puppet/filebucket.markdown@).

This should cover common use cases, show examples, and mention any gotchas. It should be cover all recent versions (possibly 0.24.8+); if behavior/options differ between versions, mention how.
