Description

If smtpserver is set, puppet sends tagmail reports without a To: or Subject: header.

I can replicate this behaviour. It’s def. a bug.

Fixed in commit:e3d4ea87fc78494e24ac8fe57ef5cf0d4e7e94ef in 0.24.x branch.
