Results in “err: Permission denied”. Transcript sent via e-mail.

sometimes you have to restart pmd twice, sometimes once is sufficient

it doesn’t seem to require puppetmasterd to be restarted, that seems like a false solution I think it just comes and goes — maybe it’s conflicting with another puppetd running on the system

I am doing quite a bit of module work with post-0.23 SVN, but i have not experienced spurious permission errors.
