Description
There is significant confusion about the state of case in Puppet’s parser. As discussed on the [list http://mail.madstop.com/pipermail/puppet-dev/2007-May/003448.html], we’re going to switch to everything being capitalized, even the initial resource specifications.
This is a significant language change and will require changing all of the docs.
Of course, we’ll maintain backwards compatibility in the language at the same time, with deprecation notices.

I don’t know what the right option is here, but this ticket isn’t really thought out at all.
