Documentation start mentions LanguageReference which doesn’t seem to exist so much:

It absolutely exists. It’s a link to the static docs. The static docs will be a part of the wiki at such a time as puppetdoc and several other things are rewritten, and a tool is made to integrate them.

Oh, you fixed this yourself. Why did you file a bug?
