Description
The ports package provider is buggy due to portupgrade not working well when not running with a controlling tty. Remove it and make the freebsd pkg_add provider default.

I’m postponing this out of the 2.6.x release cycle, since it causes a major change to the feature.

keep in mind that this provider has been disabled/removed from the FreeBSD package via local patch for some time now.
