Puppetmaster doesn't log the compilation time anymore

Description
In 0.25.x, the master was logging the following when compiling a catalog: Compiled catalog for server1.domain.com in 4.82 seconds
which is useful to track compilation time.
In any 2.6.0 rc it is not logged anymore.
