Description

As discussed in http://groups.google.com/group/puppet-dev/browse_thread/thread/aea82ebc860285b2 the cleanup of transactions is inefficient and should be improved.

I’ve pushed code to my tickets/0.25.x/3533-no_transaction_cleanup branch that does exactly this.
