Description

Reports should be removable, either after x reports or x days. Currently, large environments fill up the database pretty quickly.

There should be a setting to purge “ok” reports quicker and “failed” or “changed” slower – you typically want the ones with changes to stick around for a couple of weeks.

Martin, I’m concerned that purging successful and failed reports differently would make accurate statistical analysis impossible.

I’m closing this Feature because the fix for Bug #4470, part of v1.0.4, provided a rake task for purging old reports and good documentation for using it.

I’ve opened Feature #4824 “Different kinds of reports should be purged on different schedules” based on Martin Englund’s request.
