Description

as discussed in http://groups.google.com/group/puppet-users/browse_thread/thread/c2d0469274bf863b/5e40679c79667cf5?lnk=gst&q=push+ohad#5e40679c79667cf5, here is a mini daemon which triggers puppetd on machines which do not run puppet daemon or without listen mode.
