Description

It would be great if the functions added in commit 33887f9be5 were available in a public release on Puppet Forge so they can be obtained via the puppet-module tool. For some reason that commit appears to be missing from the 2.1.1 tag, but it is on master. Either way the latest release on Puppet Forge is currently 2.0.0.

The RELEASE_PROCESS.markdown file is up to date in the stdlib module too.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Wow, thanks for the speedy response! I was going to try to hack together a custom git provider so I could push forward with bootstrapping stdlib via my recursive Puppet module, but I’ll hold out now and exec puppet-module pulled via the gem package provider instead.

Yet, there is still a lot of work with function and puppetlabs-stdlib ahead of us! Exciting times! :)
